Walbro 190 or 255 Fuel Pump

Hey Every One I have a Rewired Fuel Pump, but i want to buy a Walbro. So my question is which one is better. My goal is too reach some where between 350 and 400 hp. But i know i dont need a FPR with the 190. So which is better for my needs. The turbo am using is a Evo III 16G not GT. Thanks for your help
