255 walbro fuel pump vs. 190 walbro fuel pump

hey guys i have a quick question for you. can i use a regular non high pressured 255 walbro fuel pump with a stock fuel regulator for my 1g or can i only use a 190 walbro with the stock fuel regulator? oh i almost forgot to mention that i have a 1g automatic so the stock fuel regulator is higher pressure than the stock manual one. does this affect using either fuel pump? thanks for your time.

i read that site and it seems the 190 walbro will work best for me. thats what i thought but i just wanted other people's opinon on it if they have done it as well. thanks
