Vr4 Parts for my 1g

I have been looking around and haven't found any information on whether or not any parts at all of my buddy's 3kgt vr4, which is now a parts car, will work on my 1990 fwd tsi. If anyone can help me it would be appreciated...

I believe you can use his brakes, which makes a nice upgrade. But I don't believe they bolt right up by any means. I would really look into researching that swap if I were you.

Yep take the pump, its not a huge upgrade, but better than stock 1g. Wouldn't hurt to take the brakes, to sell at least

Yep, brakes and fuel pump are the only ones I could think of. Maby the turbos for parting?

Would the seats bolt up maybe? Might be better than what you got in your car?
MAF sensor is similar/same to 2g I believe as well

I'm fairly sure the 3si seats are wider, which would be awkward in a 1g. Besides they have to be heavier, that beast is a 1g's younger fatty brother...
