very bad case of overrun

well after i got my act 2600 and Exedy lightened flywheel installed i took her out and my car seems lil sluggish and i can smell gas an notice my mpg is alot lower than normal.... A week before installing the clutch i had installed a new 3000gt vr4 fuel pump and i rewired the pump too. Well now my Base pressure ranges anywhere from 50-60 psi then it goes to 43 psi when i turn off the car. The vr4 pump is rated at 180lph at 12v but i did the rewire and got 14v so this is prolly running close to a 255 lph. the only sad part is i have to wait now becuase i have no money to get an AFPR....:thumbdown is this due to my fuel mods????

Are you getting these results when the vac hose is off of the FPR? A denso pump, even rewired, should not be putting out anywhere close to 50 base...my TII RX7 pump was at 45 base (vac hose OFF) when rewired.

yea thats VERY high pressure.

ok with the vacuum hose off it reads 51-52 psi with it on it is 49-50 psi when i had the battery out the ecu had to restart all of the fuel maps over again so for the first 20 or so miles it was at 60 psi and now it is constantly at 49-50 and 51-52 with the hose off. This is with a vr4 denso pump rewired.

These pressures seem kinda high for a VR4 pump rewired any ideas y it might be so high?????
