Valve train beef up

I'm gona upgrade my cams to 12's so apparently i need new lifters and such, and idea where i can find all this stuff i will need to beef up the valve train?

Not necessary, but if you're planning on upgrading to more of a aggressive profile, then yes.

Eh, semantics. Lifters, rockers, followers... kind of like calling the ping detector a "knock sensor".
