hello, please could someone help me out with this :dsm:
I just had one of my valve covers powder coated and it is done now but i just realized that the metal ( i think that is what it is made of) is off on of the rivets. It is the big U shaped squared off piece that goes under the valve cover. it looks like one of the rivets broke off so now the piece is loose in that spot. Does anyone know what i am talking bout here? Does anyone know of a way to fix this? Has anyone else had this problem? I don't trust putting it on with this piece loose cause i dont want to hear it tapping every rpm plus i dont want it to screw up and possible screw up my valve train. Someone please help   It was just coated nice candy apple red and i have been polishing up the letters and numbers so please don't tell me this was all a waste on a valve cover that can't be used now....

so has anyone heard or seen this happen and possible know how to fix it?
