Ok, let start of that I have searched the forum and found stuff for these questions, somewhat? I have a Turbo 420A. The previous owner installed the turbo. I had a good friend look at the engine right after I got it noticing it acts slightly funny. Among a few other things irrelevant to this topic. He said that the vacuum lines are not run right or so. More specific, he said that the Blow off valve and external wastegate(believe, needs replace) should not be sharing the same vacuum. YES I have a few different diagrams of how the vacuum lines are run, printed out. I look at these and all of them to seem slightly differ or me just not reading them right. I am not a mechanical genius but am willing to learn and take my time to do things right. So the questions. Should the wastegate and blow off valve be sharing the same vacuum line? If not, how should it run? Is their is a more simple diagram that could show me how to run my vacuum lines?
P.S. I was waiting more to post this in the 420A Turbo conversion forum but am still a probationar memeber and really am looking for the answer to this.
