I just bought a factory tsi body kit and there are a few places were rocks hit pretty hard and a few deep scratches.. Want 2 smooth it all out but i know urethane bends easy so i dont want what i use use 2 crack..Can i use bondo or what do u suggest?

If you don't want it to crack then dont use bondo. But depending on how big the chips and scratches are you might be able to get away with bondo.

If you have patience and time you can use resin or urethane putty and build up layers and sand smooth.

Would you be able to use this urethane putty to fill in the eagle emblem, or at least smooth it out so it can use the "little" eagle?

I have not shaved the eagle yet because I couldn't figure out something that would actually fill and flex with the urethane.

I'm gonna bond the styrofoam "stiffener" to the back of it to avoid flex.

Hopefully it will look something like this, probably blackout the lights like they should have been from the factory...
