upper air intake removal

will i need to remove the fuel injection piping in order to remove the upper air intake manifold?

Yes Im having my head dissasembled and cleaned so the manifolds need to come off. So does the fuel injection piping need to come off to get the air manifold off?

Just take the feed and return lines off from each side of the fuel rail and unclip the injectors.

If you're taking the head off dont waste your time trying to get the intake manifold off inside the car, pull them together.

exactly but make sure you just replace the injector seals and o-rings cause they leak...i just fixed a 2g w/ a 20g today that had a boost leak from cylinder #4 injector seals/o-rings ..speak of the devil
