I currently have the small GReddy FMIC installed in my GSX. I wanted a bigger intercooler, but didn't want to spend $800+ on the large GReddy FMIC. I'm planning to buy a big ass universal intercooler from eBay, but how could I find the piping to fit my car? I saw on eBay a GReddy intercooler piping and was thinking if that would work or not. I'm thinking that it wouldn't because some intercoolers are bigger than others.

So where can a get piping that will fit a large universal FMIC for my car?

What should I use suggest I use to cut the piping? The pipe's hella thick.....

What if I had to buy a piping rather than modify my current one (I might sell the intercooler with the piping), how would I make it fit on the universal FMIC to my car?

Bandsaw, hacksaw, cut off tool (if you have an air compressor). They can all do the job but take it slow and think things out before you do it, specially if you dont have experince doing it. You could also do home brew piping out of PVC but that is too much of a hack job for most. I know around my house there are local shops who sell mandel bent peices and you can go making you own kit out of those. It isn't too hard you can do it.

I know it's common sense & everybody knows this, but still its amazing how often this mistake is made: Always cut off a little less than you measure. You can always cut off more pipe if you have to..'growing' pipe is a little trickier.
