Unable to stop smoke

When under full throttle, my car emits a tan/grey colored smoke in quite a large plume. At night you can see the smoke in the headlights of cars behind me. Due to the coloring I would imagine that I am running rich, however my O2 value on my logger reads .81, which is bordering lean. I don't know how else to stop the smoke. My car has also had a harder time starting up lately as well. It takes quite a few cranks for it to start, but it always starts after 6-7 cranks.

Bad compression can cause an engine to be hard to start and cause smoke.
Also check the turbo for shaft play, an LICP for oil. What does the smoke smell like?

The car was compression tested about 10k miles ago, and it was 155 across the board, the whole motor only has 23k on it. The turbo has just about no shaftplay. There is some oil in the licp, so I think my turbo seals are going out.

I would first check a couple of easy things. Like the PCV valve and the oil return line on the turbo. If the PCV isn't releasing preasure properly, or the oil return line is clogged, it could cause some blow-by.
