So I just got the twindisc in the dsm..
I drove it around the block and it engages almost all the way off the floor. It's slipping really bad and just revs once it starts to boost.
I adjusted the rod by the pedal assembly and it is still engaging really far off the floor.

The other thing, is the shifter doesn't want to stay in 1st. Once the car is going, it will, but it is also very easy to slap it out. When the car is off, it doesn't want to stay in 1st. When driving, you have to hold it there.

It doesn't really go together if the discs are on wrong, since it'll hit, so I don't think it's installed wrong.

But it was used clutchmaster. I didn't measure the discs, but I'm thinking they may need replaced

When I drove it around after adjusting it, it would get to 3psi, rather then 0.. but still same issue. I have pedal pressure, so that makes me think the slave/ master are fine. Idk what else it could be? Out of boost it shifts very nicely

Any input?
