Twin turbo? [Merged 11-6]

I know I'm bringing this back up from the grave, but I'm still gathering parts for the project and I wanted to say that I really appreciate you guy's insight on this subject, no better place to go for a custom turbo setup then these boards right here

<b>If ANYONE knows anything or has a link to a write about the wastegate rod actuator !mod that allows you to run lower then a factory boost setting with expensive aftermarket wastegates (which REALLY are not necissary for what I'm trying to run), please post information and let me know as that's one of the big issues that setting me back.</b>

As for the comment about needing custom manifolds, I won't be needing that. The turbos will be mounted on each side of the oil pan, after the exhaust manifolds sans the Y pipe. The LS1 Incon TT kit runs it this way, only drawback is there is no gravity drain for the turbos and you have to run a pricey oil scavenge pump to keep the turbos from getting too much oil and no where to drain it.

Let me attach some pictures so you a better idea, this setup definately makes for a sleeper!

Hi!

does anyone make a TT application for the 1g? i have always wondered but never got around to asking.

if someone doesnt make it is it possible to hire a company say hahn racecraft or greddy to custom build it? would cost vary depending on the size of turbos? and would i have to send my car away or could they mail me the kit/turbos whichever with instructions?

Cool Look I am thinking about this right now! and i was wondering can i really put a twin turbo ??? i my GST 96 ?? Okay how hard would it to put a twin turbo in my 2g gsx from a supra, not the entire supra engine just the components id need to run the twin turbo, also what parts would I need to upgrade to handle the power. If this is possible what kind of power upgrades can I expect. If this wouldn't work tell me the reasons it wouldn't and any problims why this might be impractical, besdies money. Thanks

The supra TT setup is entirely different then a DSM.

None of the components will work.

I suggest a little more research on the subject before posting another questions as it has been talked about numberous times.

People are stupid. They think, "oooh, 2 turbo's, that would be sOfA-kInG fAsT yO!!!!" If people did research, they would find out that an upgrade for stock twin turbo cars is to convert to a single large turbo. No flaming, this idealism just pisses me off, thats all.

There was a person who twin turbocharged and supercharged a 4G63 around here that could run 1000+hp on alcohol. I don't think its even been in a car yet though.
