I've been driving my car for about 5000 miles now with NO issues(after finally getting my turbo kit set up correctly).Ive been runnin it at about 7-8psi.What would I have to do to run at 15psi?Would the mega-squirt allow me to do this?

The standard MAP sensor that comes with a MS unit is a 2.5 bar so yes the MS can handle it.

Regarding fuel, depends on your injectors, if you have a 1:1 AFPR, fuel pump etc. Bottom line is you need a fuel system that can run at safe pressures and maintain safe air-fuel ratios.

After 8psi most cars won't get enough fuel, you'll need bigger injectors, 255hp fp, afpr, and a way to control them. Megasquirt will take you the furthest but if you are on stock internals I don't know how long your rods will last.

15 psi SAFELY means upgrading your fuel system, internals, and getting a way to manage you A/F ratios. Getting MS would be a huge plus and is the best way to manage your engine IMO.
