Yes - but it's so expensive, it's not worth it.

If you search, you'll find a billion threads concerning this.

About the easiest thing you could do is convert a GS Spyder into a GS-T Spyder, because the 4G63 engine is a direct bolt in.

What about a GST into a GSX since all thats different is the transmission right?

If only it were that easy.

The mounts for the rear axle are completely different, meaning you can't bolt in the AWD rear, you have to fabricate everything. You'll also need to fab mounts for the carrier bearings for the driveshaft. There's quite a few other things to consider as well.

yeah sure..other than the tranny its just a driveShaft, rear Diffrential, rear axles, rear suspension, gas tank, Exhaust... and making them all fit and work correctly. ISNT IT JUST SO EASY TO SAY?

Hey man I didnt ask for a flame, but what about switching a auto gsx into a 5 speed? As 5 speeds are becoming rare.

He isnt flaming you man. Its the truth. You have to replace the whole rearend of the car, tranny, and ect. Just get a GSX 5 speed to save trouble and cash money too! It is all possible but cost more money than worth. I have a GST spyder and thought about converting to a GSX spyder but it isnt worth the trouble and money. Thats unless i could find a junked GSX for cheap. :D

One of our local members is just finishing his GS-T to GSX conversion. He had a donor GSX and a shop of his own, which helped. And it still wasn't easy. Yes, you have to fabricate some stuff and it is a lot of work, but it's possible.
