Turbo??

Ok so i have a 97 eclipse rs and i want to know which turbo kit and parts i would need to reach a 350-450 whp...... im kinda new at this so i dont really know what do get and really what to do if anyone can give me some pointers or any tips it would help out alot thanks

Anywho, heres a good place to start. It has a list of the basics parts and also good if your on a budget. It won't get you to your "350-400whp" goal but you seem pretty new. And it's a start.
