Hey as the title states I just finished the install on my SBR Tubulat Manifold and now i can not get the turbo (Evo3) to spool. It acts as if the wastegate is stuck open, but it is not. I tested the TiAl and it responds when i apply pressure to it manually. I also took off the intake pipe to see if the turbo had seized, it spins just as freely as the day I bought it. Any input woudl be greatly appreciated.
P.S. My profile is completely up to date.:(

Have you checked all of your intercooler pipe connections? MAF plugged in? Have you done a boost leak test? Have you reconnected everything properly? What have you already checked?

What spring do you have in your wastegate? What boost controller are you running?

To make it easier, please update your modifications so we can further deduce your problem.

Maf is plugged in, did a boost leak check no leaks. I reconnected everything the way is was when i got it dyno'd. The motor runs fine, it just acts like a Non turbo. I drove it and you can not hear the turbo spool and my boost gauge never goes into boost. It just stays at 0.

Yea, I feel pretty retarded. When upgraded to the external I completely forgot to have the flapper welded. It was on my list of things to do and somehow forgot to get it done. Pretty stupid actually. But thanks for the advice and now i have to rip eveything apart and have it welded.
