Turbo Upgrade Or Downgrade???

I have a Hahn Racecraft Stage 1 On my car (98 Eclipse RS 5 spd)....Car was sitting while doing exterior/interior mods and in the process I ended up selling the HRC 16G that came with the kit....I recently got ahold of a T3/T4 60 Trim turbo internally wastegated @ 8.3 psi and im putting a FMIC on it. Would this be an upgrade or downgrade from the power and performance of the HRC?

Its quite a bti larger than the HRC 16g. The performance probably wont be that much different unless you run more boost. It will spool slower though.
