2G turbo timer and cooling fan

I have a problem with my car my car battery died out last week and my turbo timer doesn't work anymore. it still power on and off but doesn't work :T and 2 of my cooling fan doesn't work at the moment too. what should i do the fix these problems PLEASE HELP!!!

Disconnect the turbo timer and test your fans' connectors to see if they are good.

I'd check the wiring to the turbo timer, some of those turbo timers need to be reset depending on which one it is, check the voltage on your temperature sending units, and also check every fuse to make sure they're good

I am having the same problem but my timer is working but once it's engaged and the key is out the fan won't kick on.....
