Turbo Seals

Can I change out the seals on my 14b if needed? Or do I have to send it off to a shop? Would it be cheaper to just replace the turbo, up-grade? I read in a thread in here that you can tune a 14b to run 12's, is this true? If so how?

Dealers will have them. Try looking for a jobber in your area. The yellow pages are your friend. Perform countless searches on your favorite search engine. Search, search, search.
A lot of places on the internet will try and sell you somthing that you could probably get yorself if you looked hard enough.
A lot of places in my area that rebuild diesel turbos for trucks will have access to these places/parts, just be nice when asking, you'll be surprised where it takes you! Keep me posted.
