Turbo Question?? I Need Some Advice

well i have a t3/t4 .42 trim garret turbo.. and i was wondering if that would even make any horsepower over my stock turbo??.. and around how much would it add if any.. and my second question is that i have a t4 turbo kit .60 trim.. and i need to change out my turbo but im wondering which one i wanna put on.. i dont know if my motor will push the t4 turbo.. cuz its a huge turbo.. or do i have to get nos to make it spool faster.. i just need some advice from some people who know.. thanx

You don't have enough fuel to support that turbo, follow this tuning guide and don't bump your thread.
