Turbo on.....Turbo off

So when im driving my GS-T sometimes i can hear the turbo and i feel the turbo working. Then theres other times where it feels like all engine. Whats the problem. Im recirculating so i know my BOV shouldnt be too loud, but why would i hear it clearly sometimes and at other times not at all?

Depending on how hard you are driving the car you could be heatsoaking your IC which would make your car significantly less powerful. Just to be sure always do a boost leak test.
