turbo/oil question

I just replaced my blown 14b turbo. after we put everything back together i started the car.....then i started to rev to see if i was getting any boost....the boost/vacuum gauge read up to 0 and i could hear a small blow off and that was it. it wouldnt go past 0 on the gauge. then after that, oil started spraying out of the bolt for the oil feed line. then we turned it off and we proceeded to tighten it up. it was starting to tighten but then it broke off. could the turbo not boosting be because the bolt was bad? any suggestions or theories? please help!

You will not make boost just free revving the motor, it need a load on in like driving, to make boost. Fix the oil line and go for a drive and try it. Good luck
