I bought a tubular o2 housing about 6 months ago. I finally got an evo3 16g and when I placed the o2 (without a gasket, just for fitment purpouses) against the outlet of the turine housing, the o2 housing flange is slightly warped. About 1mm towards the wastegate passage side. Is this enought warpage to cause problems when I install it with the ss gasket? If so, would a machine shop be able to surface it to get rid off the warpage?

Good luck.
I started to get a turbo off these guys when I started doing so reasearch and found there turbos tend to fall apart, headers crack, the meatal they use is way to thin. Not heard much about there BOV's or wastegates. There adittude sucks total sweety ball sacks.
I have a buddy that just bought a whole setup from them for his 85 Ford ranger 2.3 Turbo convertion.
Sweet truck !! Not for sure but we think about 400whp. We're gonna dyno soon. All I need is dsmlink and bigger injectors and a little luck tunning and I might be able 2 pass him
At least come close
If anything good or bad happens with all his ssautochrome parts I will be sure to post about it.
Now the housing sits evenly on the turbo. I also bought the megan racing downpipe when I purchased the O2. It's 2.5" in, 3" after the flex section till it necks down to 2.75 at the end. Got that one for $110.00 shipped. And I also got a tanabe racing super medalion 3" catback for $90.00 shipped on ebay (no exhaust leaks). Also bought a brand new 3" hi flow cat converter (Eastern Catalytic brand) from dsmtalk for $60.00 shipped. So far thats $340.00 for everything. I still need to have a muffler shop weld the converter and get rid off the neck downs. I don't know how much that will be. So far so good. Can't wait till I install everything along with the brand new FP ported evo 16g. My car is so slow right now due to my t25 leaking air. And gas milage sucks. Sorry for the long post but I'm very excited.
