its the one on the passenger side, and man is it giving me hell. first one of the four bolts on the side rounded off on me, so i can't take it out, so i left the whole mount in. so i decided to remove the two bolts that screw into the tranny, and one of them stripped at the end of the bolt as i was finishing taking it out. and finally, i get to the insert, and the whole middle is completely torn, i ripped it out, and what's left is the metal rim. how in the world do i pop that out? it seems like its really stuck in there, and i can't even tap it out. help me plz!

I carefully cut a line with recipicating saw on the metal ring, then wedge a srewdriver with a hummer between the ring and the mount. Once the screwdriver goes through betwen the ring and the mount, just tap the ring out. Took me about 10 min. :thumb:

Hmm, I think I have a jigsaw, never thought of that. I kept trying to pry the ring out with a screw driver and a hammer, but the space is so closed in, its crazy. I'll have to try it tonight, thanks for the idea! :D
