Does anyone make a true 3" downpipe from the 02 housing flange, all the way back? Not 2.5 or 2and 3/4's but 3" at the flange? I know the 2.5 and 2&3/4 flanges are needed for stock o2 housings, but I'm going full Garrett with a full 3" O2 housing.

My RNR O2-Eliminator turbo-back is true 3-inches from the flange to the end of the muffler. The turbo-back doesn't have the option of a Garrett flange on RNR's website, but if you shoot them an email I'm sure they could do it for you. A custom exhaust should be cheaper than the RNR though. Call around to get some prices.

I don't know if a muffler shop would make it from stainless steel, but if that isn't a concern...

Exatly.

This is the ONLY reason I went with RNR for exhaust. They had issues when I bought my exhaust that may have been corrected by now. If you want details PM me.

I bought this one from T-Pros. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/T-Pr...33633QQitemZ8066880249QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW

It's a 2.75" inlet and tapers right out to 3". I was gonna mod it for my 1g fwd but now I have a 2g awd so it'll be perfect. Personally I didn't need to go bigger cause my turbo (bullseye) had a 2.5" outlet anyway and it's hard to make an O2 housing to bolt up to a full 3". I had a semi-custom o2 housing by one of the guys who sells on ebay as well (NS Fabrications), with a bullseye flange. It just depends what exactly you need, but that's a nice piece for me. Sorry it doesn't apply to you but it might help someone else :)

You could even buy this and replace the flange and the small tapered section. It's cheap as hell...

If you have a look in the tech section under turbo's I made a hand built 3" if you are interested.

So in other words, no one makes one. I guess I'll have to custum fab something up.

It would cost you $100 bucks to make a nice 3" downpipe including a ss flex pipe
