TRE Stage 4 VS. High Torque

I currently am building a 2.3L motor with a HX40. I wanted all evo 3 gears with evo fifth gear. They replied with High Torque is a better option for me. I liked the option on stage four. I like the gear ratio of the evo 3 and I want to be able to run 65mph on the freeway @2500rpm (evo fifth gear). Is there a different feel with Evo3 gears and performance?

You can get the Evo3 5th gear in the high torque trans. The high torque has the HD 3rd, HD 4th, and HD hub and sleeve.
