Transmission Guru's needed...ebay LSD

My guess is that its junk since its so cheap, but I need to confirm, anyone have any experience with this?

Those are very poor quality and as of a few years ago they didn't even fit the transmission at all. I am not sure if that has changed as of yet, but i wouldn't even consider them.

Lifetime warrenty. Haha, but I wouldn't trust a part like that for a transmission off of Ebay unless you can find plenty of good reviews for it.

ive seen obx parts around on ebay for a few years, but i dont know if i would trust and lsd from them. but if you find some good reviews on it from people who have been using it for a long period of time, it might be a good buy. just remember you get what you pay for.

here is the link to a super long thread on the obx lsd. go to page 6 and read all the way down. there was major issues with it not fitting the axles once the lsd was installed in the case and put back in. obx says it will only fit a 95-99 gst which at first it didnt fit at all but they redesigned it. i read one guy actually got it to fit but he says its a big pos because one tire will still spin under torque at all times. everyone recommends something better from what i have read so far, i didnt read the whole forum tho. check it out good luck

Shep personally said the obx lsd does not fit. I remember reading this when a member on here was tring to sell an obx lsd. If it fit, id give it a shot but it DOES NOT. Unless of course they fixed the issue. Who knows, hell of a gamble though and alot of unnecessary down time if it doesnt work.
