Transfering log using MMCD

I can not open my log with mmcd. When I do the Hotsync the file is put on my hrad drive but i can not open it. I need direction!! I get the first screen for the MMCD tool and I link to the log I want to open but that is all I get. What am I missing here. :confused: Thanks in advance!
