So i have fixed my output shaft problem.
Im very pleased with myself being its the first time i have cracked a tranny open.
So now im on to the transfer case.I cant get it off the drive shaft. Its bad anyways so i have been beating, punching and kicking it.It will not come off.I unbolted the drive shaft cariers so its laying on the side of the car.
Anybody have any ideas?

Anybody?
I need help asap.
Im thinking about tearing the cas apart so i can get a better view of why its stuck on there.
ANybody know where theres a step by step for tearing it apart?

I got it off. Thanks for all the help guys:) j/k
I had to go all mcguyver on it.Paper clips, duct tape and explosives.Im just playin dont report me to the feds:)
I had to unbolt the bolts that hold the two halfs of the case together.
Then put 2 pairs of vise grips and a wegde in there and pound on the wedge.
It came out slowly but it finnaly came out.

Glad to hear. Make sure you apply automotive grease to the output shaft on the transmission and to the inside splines of the driveshaft before you put it back together so you won't have to use your gorilla strength to get it off next time.
