My transmission has had this issue of feeling not fully engaged and making this noise here’s a video reference any help is appreciated.

Sounds like it might need a rebuild. I would start with draining the fluid and look for glitter.
The thing is the I was driving perfectly fine with it until my crank shaft bearings went out, so I took the old motor out and dropped in a different one but since then I’ve had this issue, also when I did swap motors I made sure to replace all the fluids in the motor and transmission but things looked good to me and this has been my only thing stopping me from driving but I’ll give the fluids another run through thank you.
 
tranny fluid needs to be an exact amount or it'll shift like crap, it definetly sounds like a bad torque converter though. you can test it by holding down the brake and flooring it in drive, it your revs go past 2200rpm then your torque converter is slipping
