Topline Valves Worth Trusting?

So i need some valves for my head rebuild and my supplier offered the one way to go and costs like 320 dollars for 16 or 198 dollars for 16 from Topline.

Would these valves be anything to trust. He told me that it's not something for a 400hp+ high rpm build but i just have the stock setup with basic modifications.

So should i go with some topline's or find some oem's?

Also.. would having a couple oem valves and a couple of say topline's valves be a yay or nay?

im new to this site but not the dsm world i currently own two of the 7 dsm ive acquired over the years.... personally i have nothing against topline valves i ran them for two years with a evoIIIbig 16g on 28lbs with no problems when i pulled the head to sell and purchase my buschur stage 2 head they still looked brand new i wouldnt advise mixing valves at all but its your car your call i have a few extra factory valves laying around pm me if u need them.... good luck with the head job

Hey man I have been using Topline 3g valves for about 9k miles with no problems whatsoever. BUT do NOT spend $200 on them!! That is a rip...you can get them for about $80 shipped from ebay and theyre not hard to put in.

We've used some topline valves in stock cars a few times, no complaints from what i'm told...

Misunderstood...I was talking about the lash adjusters, not valves. Shouldnt be a problem with the valves though, from what I have heard
