top to bottom flow intercooler

I'm in the market for an intercooler set-up,what do you guys think about the top to bottom flow intercooler setup,like the one RRE sells.I'm not getting that RRE intercooler kit but the setup that I want looks the same

I have treadstone top to bottom, well I use it bottom to top. I like it, my only complaint is that the endtanks are cast so its kind of heavy.
