Just wondering if there was a way to make sure you got the Timing belt on the right tooth and everything is fine. I heard that turning it over 6 times without and stopping from hitting the valves is good. Did it, didnt hit any valves but any more help is appriciated.

1: Crank gear shim mark lined up with front cover/oil pump pointer.
2: Oil pump drive gear mark lined up with front cover/oil pump pointer & rear balance shaft phased correctly, follow procedure in manual to ensure this is the case.
3: Cam gear marks aligned with each other (between the gears) and parallel with valve cover gasket surface of cylinder head, & camshaft dowel pins at the up or 12 o-clock position.
4: Torque wrench used to properly tension (pre-load) timing belt at tensioner pulley
5: Don't forget to remove the pin from the tensioner it-self

^^^ listen to him. i did it close and threw A valve a couple of months later. get a strait edge and make sure those cam gears are lined up. don't eye ball it, my eyes weren't that good :D
