Timing belt job on 1g....where is the best place to buy the parts..?

Hey guys im doin my tbelt for the first time on my 1g, my buddy was checkying the play on my tbelt and the tensioner gave out, any advice so i can try to avoid bad first experience...? also i was wondering where you guys would recommend buying the belt and waterpump...? any places online that sell a good tbelt kit? also would it be any easier to do the balance shaft elimination at the same time..?

I would say any vendor from DSMTUNERS, would be a good choice. I have used Street tuned motorsports and extremepsi, both were good to deal with. If i remeber right STM you get the BSE kit with the timing belt kit, and you can pick the kelvar belt or not, and they have free shipping over 200$.

If you do go with one of the vendors, make sure you get oem parts. A timing belt on an interference engine is not something to buy "budget' on.
