Where do you guys get your timing belt and all that other belt, seals, etc. changed at? Do you think its worth it to, most likely paying more, to go to Full Function or Prostreet? I dont have the time to do it myself (busy college student living in apt complex). Im at 52,XXX and the timing belt is starting to squeak.

DO NOT GO TO PROSTREET!!!! for the sake of your car don't.

full function did my belt like two years ago, no problems at all. Sean @ fftec has like 10000s tbelt jobs on DSMs under his belt

do it yourself nubca

paul or sean is your best "here, have some money for an amazingly easy yet time consuming job" option, I trust neither of them will #### it up

how much did ff do your belt job for? i dont have the resources nor the tools to do it myself either.

I second new logics. Paul just dropped in my new motor and trans and he actually took the time to show me how the t-belt goes on and how everything works while he assembled the motor on the stand. Not many places let you breathe down their neck while they do the job. Paul will do a good job at a great price and if you want to take the time to watch he doesnt mind explaining as he goes along and it will help you do your own once you hit 120k.

pauls the only guy who lets me take my car to his shop, use his tools and all his shit, and doesn't charge me anything. I'd rather do the work myself, even though I am more likely to screw something up than paul. That way, if something doesn't work, its my fault, I pay for the damage, I know not to do that anymore, yada yada yada.....

paul is hella chill

Agreed! Those thieves wouldn't be in business if DSMtuners stopped protecting them and let the truth come out...

Newlogics has worked on my car a few times... great guy

its don't, that was a typo on his part. That place blows nuts and we all know it.

anyways, paul now has a "real job" and his shop will only be open on weekends or something. My suggestion is you call him and leave him a message.

or you can pm him on here... his name is "newlogics"

Sometimes he doesnt check messages. Id try that phone number any evening between 7-9 or weekend from 11am on.
