tial bov and wastegate question

after like an hour of searching,couldn't find my answer. ( Is it possible external wastegate's gases to be released through the bov??? Im asking,because my wastegate acts funny,sometimes it opens,sometimes not.I tried swapping every single adjustable spring ,but it didn't helped.And today,i was looking at my bov (Tial one)and i noticed,that the is like an exhaust burned gases around the bov's vent holes.It really strange,any inputs from you guys??!! thanks alot...

It is impossible for the wastegate gases to be released through the blow off valve. They aren't connected in any way; wastegate is on the exhaust side, blow off on the intake side. A picture of the blow off may help us diagnose. Also, any funny smells or smoke from exhaust?

no smokes at all,well there is black smokes due my rich tune,and i could smell gas comin from my tailpipe whie the car is idling (due rich idle too 13.9 AFR) i dont have a cam right now,but the thing looks like residue from the muffler.Lets sat if you stick your finger into the muffler,and after that will take a look at your finger.so i got the same thing around my Bov's ventilation holes 10000% not an OIL.turbo got minimal shaftplay,no oil in ic pipes or even exhaust....

Okay, that's weird. I'm not sure what that could be.

Also, when your wastegate doesn't open, does boost shoot up ridiculously?

nope,my spring set on wastegate is now 21.7psi.so when i hit that amount of boost, my needle on a boost gauge goes back to 19 and 21.7,and the bov flutters like crazy!!!!

Well, if the gate wasn't opening, boost would keep going up because it's not being released through the gate at all... That being said, I don't think the problem is with the wastegate, but I can't be sure what it is.
