Thrust Washer help

Ive looked around and cant really find anything helpful on this.
I have a 99 GST Eclipse and am rebuilding the engine and need to know where the thrust washers go.
Also, on the main girdle, there are 2 bolts that look different than the rest of them, what location do they go in?

For the first question, I dont know.. Manual might tell you

As for the second one, the 2 bolts are the smaller ones, those go on one of the ends, I dont recall which side, you will only be able to bolt them into that area.

They go on each side of the center main bearing in the block.
