Anyone in the area have a 1990 2.0 turbo California Ecu i could borrow for a day so i can pass emissions?? I would really appreciate it i dont want to buy a new ecu just to pass. My car is a california car with egr control solenoid but my car has a federal ecu in it which is why i cant pass emissions and i really need to get my car back. please let me know if anyone could help me out. thanks.
