another kid wants to race me with his slow sentra se-r vspec 6 speed
and another kid wants to race me in his stock 5speed tiburon for 50 bucks just like the sentra guy im gonna race em all ....if u got ne comments or opinions or dont think i should do it for some odd reason lemme know...later.

Be careful man I think think they might be hiding something from you within their cars or are just dont know too much about what these dsm's are capable of. But hey if you are confident go for it! my friend has a GST 97 and he destroyed the Spec (6speed) with all stock parts(includes my fatass in the car 165pds), from what i hear the 1g GSX and GST's have alittle less hp there like 190hp, i think you can take the spec, there only like 170hp, but u would clearly hands down rape the cougar, there slow as balls.

Ask them to pop trunks just to see what ur placing ur money on, if your racing for money you should be able to see what they got. So you can decline there challenge or accept, cause thats like me having a civic DX and throw like a GTR skyline engine and the person would think ohhh civic dx 1.6L garbage.

Best idea is to race the cougar for 200 bucks cause if he is stock youve won already , than u have 200 bucks and just see if you can beat the other 2 if you lose, oh well atleast u didnt lose money out of your pocket

Again, Like someone said it does sound fishy and that is alot of cars to race, I hope your not street racing!! Keep it safe go to the track if there is one near you. But you never know what could happen your car is stock and it is pretty fast compared to those cars. Me personally would never race for big bucks like that even if I knew I was gonna win, You never know when you might miss a gear, blow a IC pipe, there are just so many variables that could happen. In the end it isnt worth it, its all about the rush and fun for me

Well, first off, those cougars are fwd so they will have a major traction issue when launching and looking at http://www.car-videos.com 's times on the stock v6 cougar, you should be able to beat him. His clutch won't do that much because he isn't making that much power (we think). I personally would pass on the race but if you can, you should tone the wager down because losing 200 is worse than something like 100.

Thats exactly what will happen. They will find some sort of an excuse to bi*** out when they lose, or they will be total sleepers and you will owe them money. Always make sure you have the cash on hand if you lose.

Of course you could just outlaw nitros and race gas.

if you do your 1g free mods and throw on a MBC to turn the boost up.. dump some race gas in the tank.. your odds of winning will be much better. You are looking at like 20 bucks worth of parts and a short time worth of work. For like 300 bucks or whatever you are racing for.. its worth it.

ok well i know all these kids from school they think im just tsi FWD but in reality im AWD the cougar has a stage 3 clutch, no other mods body kit...no nos' but he is rich hes put alot of cash into it my freind beat him in his cavalier ..which he thinks he can beat me because he has a stage 4 clutc hand a catback exhaust so hes pushin 162 ...he thinks he can beat me...ppl dono how fast these DSM's are the sentra se-r vspec is stock aswell as the tiburon and some kd in a probe GT wants to race me now, all the kids have raced for money before and from what i heard theyve all paid if they lost, besides im in a racing team so if i lost which i doubt they could face my bro hes got a pretty sick DSM hes got a 93 with an evo3 swap and the apex'i N1 turboback full exhaust which i will get soon but unfortunately he has turned sides and might trade his godly dsm which he bought for 2600 dollars for a god damned b16a civic hatch with a west wings body kit...........traitor!

Hell, if they want to meet half way, ill race them and Im FWD. No one around here races unless they have mommy and daddys money under the hood (damn 11sec evo's and wrx's).... Thats a good one, if you launch right and shift right the turbo should stay spooled and there should be literally no turbo lag unless you granny drive it.

If reasonably launched, AWD will beat any of them off the line anyways so turbo lag wouldnt be an issue, not only that but its not like hes running a 50 trim, u give it full throttle ur turbo will spool up before they even get too far ahead, 14b isnt terrible with lag.

I would say to do some checking on what these people have done to their cars. They may have something done to it that you don't know about. I know that I wouldn't be throwing my money around like them if I didn't know for sure that I would be able to stomp them. You say there is a probe that wants to race. becarfull of them. I have one than has beeten a 95gsx and a 95 talon tsi. I beat them pretty bad to. My probe isn't stock it has around 10 grand into it. So don't underestimate the probes.

Yep. Actually I think there were 2 years when they had turbos in them as well if I'm not completely wrong.
