These the plugs?

I was reading that NGK BPR7E5's were the plug to use for cars running 15+ psi. for a completely stock car, would these plugs still be the best to use? thanks.

I'm pretty sure you mean 7ES, and yes those are one range colder than stock. They are recomended for higher boost applications....I don't think 16 lbs on a t-25 counts. I ran 6ES (stock heat range) when I was mostly stock.

Yes - Those are the 'correct' plugs, but they are a 'range' colder. If you are completly stock, or atleast still have the T25, I would stick with the '6's... You probably will not see a difference with the 7's...
