Aw man. That was my friend Johnny. He used to own that POS. He drove around with all his IC couplers loose after a crappy engine swap and wondered why he would sputter all the time. I eventually took a ride with him, saw what it was and fixed all of them. He thought I was a badass after that:thumb: :) All on a T25:notgood:

Yeah man, he had real Punjab pride. He played for India's national soccer team for a while. That team sucks but he still made the trek over there many times over a one year period to give what he had:thumb:
 
Well if he was actually Punjabi and played sports, then I guess his car made sense. I take back all my fun-poking. ROFL
 
Im probly going to sound stupid for asking, but WTF is punjabi?
 
Today at around 4:00pm there was a nice 95-96 eclipse, red, with a huge front mount going up yerba buena rd in San Jose. Right off of 101.:thumb: NICE CAR!!!!
 
I saw two turbo Dsm's on my way to work. I only post the turbo ones unless they are super unusual. Both were driven by girls! One was a 95-96 black gsx on 101 north by mountain view at 1:30pm. The other was a turbo laser 93-94 1Gb also going 101 north by los altos around 1:40pm.
 
I was messing around with a white 2G GSX on Lawrence several days ago... then I figured out I had a misfire :sosad:
 
Was anyone here driving 101 south near menlo park at 3:40am on Saturday night?
I saw a black turbo 2g, and a silver RS

He didn't happen to attend De Anza college (cupertino) about 3 years ago? I vaguely remember a car in the lot every day with a big PUNJABI RACING banner. Can't remember if it was an Eclipse :)
 
saw a white eclipse 2g.. 97-99 body style w/turbo spoiler lowered with some rims.. no badges.. has apexi muffler.. obvious because he had an apexi sticker above the tail light center piece.. rolling down capitol automall.. no apillar gauges and did not hear any kind of boost/bov. perhaps it was the super duper OZ edition? no fmic either. did have a diamond star sticker on the gas lid. bling bling
 
I saw a twin of my car, but with a huge fmic, on the highway 4 bypass in Brentwood/Antioch a couple days ago.

LOL, just found this thread. Yup, that'd be me. Hmm, I hardly ever see a dsm on the way in to work. OF course, I'm usually still half asleep on my drive in.

...won't see my car for a little while though. My balance shaft belt ripped itself to shreds (but didn't take out the timing belt). Sooo, I'm in parts ordering phase, will be removing the blance shafts and upgrading a few things here and there. :) I also just saw the Stinson post. Guess I have a deadline now. :)
 
M-F, I see a 1G with the plate "AWD GSX" on the 2nd floor of the parking garage at work. ;)

Nah, it was the same color as mine.

But I think I met you at the Oakland races a long while ago? Or someone that had a similar looking car to yours... I was with the guy driving the black SRT.

Kamil, the car is koo, I have a messed up ball joint on my upper control arm so I gotta get a new one and replace it. Also 3 out of 5 studs from my O2 housing turned out missing. Not sure how maybe too much heat melted the nut because the remaining 2 studs and nut look in bad shape. Got new studs and nuts to stop the exhaust leak and now is fine and back to normal but I hate all this little problems. Damn DSMs!!

Oh yeah and I bought seans 2g head :thumb: so aiming for more power soon

The guy in the black SRT is named Will. Typical owner... thinks his car is the fastest ever and has nothing but a Mopar noisemaker BOV and altezzas...yet tells everyone he has Stage 2. It's whatever...he's still my friend though .

After the first time it got broken up, everybody went to regroup and I saw a couple Eclipses parked together. One was a grey 97-99 and had an 18G I think... and CF tails? And I think he said his name on dsmtuners was greddy something . . might have been you?

Ooohhh, I remember you now. Man that sure was a long time ago haha, the other DSMs were friends and my cousin. But my cousin and friend sold their DSM. I'm the only one that stuck with my car and I no longer have the same setup. I sold my 18g and all my parts, put back my OEM Tails and sold my CF tails for 100bux!! :thumb: . I remember talking to you briefly at the bread factory (It was dark in the parking lot).

Wow that vid is sooo clear, that must be a good camera. I hope you don't mind if I share this vid with another forum :D
