The Last Days till the First Breath

ok so im been going over everything in my car and on my engine making sure i have everything correct and ready for her first breath after a LONG rebuild and swap into a DL!

Just so you know it was a reuilt 6bolt swapped into a DL!
Not the easiest thing to accomplish but its almost there!

All week i have been making sure i have put everything on, which involved me to bolt up my VRS 3" turbo back, put in my new Boost gauge, my Turbo timer, my MBC, all the fuilds and the Walbro 255... NOT KNOWING the 255 was TOO much for my stock FPR i had to order one the other day which will arrive today. Yesterday i was getting everything ready for me to swap those out in a snap today when it comes. but left to go eat last night, left my hood up and chillin with all my tools out! coming home and notice in the distance a huge storm pushing through.... OH F*** my hood is open... race home to close and before the rain came and did soo... take my dog out and realize i left my phone under my hood, open it up... get my phone.... dog starts barking and go crazy, so i take her up... wake up in this morning................. POURED,.... HOOD UP...... IM PISSED! haha
my battery was luckily not hooked up nor in the car period but im still scared of all the sensors all jacked up!!

Well if it stops raining today after i get off work ill dry all the connections, all the parts i can, put on the AFPR and see if she starts....

Ill Keep it posted, and i am soon also going to post pictures of some thing i did.. like the Walbro pump and the axle back... ( i forgot to charge the camera for the rest of the exhaust haha)

Good luck bro! I literally just finshed the same thing. 6 bolt swap in 2g though, but pretty much sh*t my pnts right before I kicked it over for the first time. Just give it a once over and you'll be fine man. It's a great feeling!

Sorry i didn't keep updates.. ill do some brief updates now haha.. i hooked up my AFPR wrong, took me a day or to to figure it out.. started her and she ran like a charm, pulled her out and got pulled over didn't have tags or inspection updated! TICKET.. STUPID!
anyways, i got all that worked up took her to some back roads one night to break her in, was doing so and car shut off!
Thought i ran out of gas got the car towed home, and looked at it the next day... CAM had popped off.. Been driving her since with small issues here and there, alternator going out, some sensors crapped out, and the latest my tranny is shit!
Got a new tranny to put in, and im working on getting DSMLink V3 for tunning, cause i have some 550 injectors my brother is giving me!
I have also put Dejon upper intercooler piping in with a GM MAF and MAFT.. thing is damn quick for being nearly stock!
No Time Slips cause tranny was acting up and i didn't have a oil catch can to run on the strip!
And sorry no dyno sheets!!
going to get the tranny in get v3 and tune the injectors and dyno it!!
