What are some of the tests cars go through? I know there's a compression test. What else?

Do they do all of them when you put your car through inspection?

Inspection will -depending on location- cover brakes, glass, wipers, lights, horn, tires, wheels, emissions, fuel system, suspension and anything else they can think of to make money off you. Diagnostics can be oil test, vacuum, compression, leakdown, intake pressure test, exhaust pressure test, Sun scope, OBD readout and plug condition.
