Temporarily running lean when I turn A/C off

At IDLE when I Turn my AC on, it runs richer around 13.7 to 14 for a couple of seconds, and after the AC is turned off my afr's run around 16 each time for about 3 seconds.. Normal?

Not a big deal. The load on the engine is changing and its taking a few seconds to clean things up. It could also be the ISC going up or down with different loads. Once the ISC creeps back to where its supposed to be everything lines back up.

I think my isc might actually be bad. However, in my DD eclipse and my friends gst they don't react the same.
