I know this has been discussed over many threads but most of what I am finding is removing the pretty much everything. I on the other hand would just like to remove the four hose from my TB and cap off all thats needed is this possible? I am also wondering would have to block off the EGR or would it be safe to cap off the two fittings there? Thanks you all

Just remove all of the lines and cap the four nipples on the TB (you only need to cap these). Block off the EGR.

vr4play is correct. You can just remove them, and you don't even have to take them out of the car (but it looks a lot cleaner if you do) and go buy some vacuum caps at your local auto parts store and zip tie them on there. Then block off the egr. Correct me if I am wrong but 2g's will close automatically when disconnected but 1g's will not so you must remove it and block it off. here are some taboo diagrams for reference:

Would I need to retune the car afterwards if removing all lines or will it run the same?

It will most likely run the same, unless you had some large boost leaks from those areas, which is possible. I would be safe and just check with your logger anyway.
