Syncro question?

i put my used (new to me) in my NT today, its a turbo tranny, took some part swap'n to get it to work. it works, drives great, not really a big performance change. my question is, how much does it cost to install syncros, or can i do it my self. 5th is gone, 4th is iffy.

5th gear syncro is easy to change. It falls out when you take the end cover off. No need to remove the tranny. 4th and all the other syncros are much harder to change. The tranny needs to come out, gears and bearings need to be pressed off and on by a tranny shop.
