Surge noise at full boost

Okay so I've been running 25lbs on my t3 hx40 for almost a month now. Today I decided to turn it up to 33 and I get this weird surging sound what sounds like it's coming for the wastegate dump. I don't know if it's just the exhaust pulses or something else. With my bed. 55 housing I was boosting 33psi all day without a problem but it was internally dumped. Anyways here is a video.
I usually don't get stumped but I'm kind of stumped with this noise. Any suggestions would help.

Your video is marked as private. Hard to help you . From your description, it kinda sounds like you are hearing the wastegate opening. Did you switch to an open wastegate dump?

Sorry should be public now. It's kind of hard to hear but that whoosh whoosh noise is what I'm talking about.

Yea, its fixed now. Sounds like the wastegate opening. Have you switched to an open dump? Your profile is showing a recirculated, but you said it WAS internally dumped. The wastegate is supposed to open at full boost to regulate pressure. I am also hearing what sounds like a horn, so I may be wrong.

Yeah I still need to fix my mods in profile.
I'm running a tial 38mm open dumped. It weird because it doesn't make that noise at lower boost levels. Honestly it sounds like it's coming from the wastegate. I guess Maybie the way it's flowing it kind of pulses. Anyways here's a video at a lower boost

Oh and btw that beeping noise is my buzzer for my water injection.

The wastegate opens at a set pressure, controlled by your boost controller. It doesnt do anything till that pressure is met, and when it opens the pressure will drop below the level, closing the gate, then pressure comes back on, opening it again, repeating this cycle till you get off the gas again.

I understand the operation but why does it sound different at higher boost? It's also a slower pulse but makes sense Maybie just the perfect frequency to make that pulsing noise. I cannot feel it in the motor or see it in the logs.

The gate shouldn't have to open as much to bleed off the exhaust needed to make the adjustment. When you turned the boost up, it now needs to dump more to make a change.
