Supra SMIC?

Would like some feedback on the Supra SMIC on a 2g? I can buy one for about $100. Is it worth the upgrade?

It would be running with a 14b turbo. Is it worh it?

its worth it if you dont plan on going bigger turbo wise for a while. a supra side mount will accomodate the 14b with no problem. As long as you dont get anything bigger than a 16G on a supra sidemount, youll be fine

i'm running an evo3 on the supra sidemount, and at 15psi in the summer, it's not a problem, but when i run over 18 pounds, it gets a little sketchy. Now that temps are coming down, and cooling the core & intake charge for me, i'm running 19lbs. I don't think i can go much further on it though.

For a good sleeper look and way more performance than the stock smic, i'd say it's a worthwhile upgrade. You can't beat $100

so say i was running (which i plan to be) an evo III 16g. would it be worth that much more money to get a FMIC or just stay with the supra SMIC and use the money i save on other stuff. i probably won't get a bigger turbo because this will be my daily driver and i am on a tight budget.
