Supra fuel pump from eBay

Hey guys so I found a supra (Denso) fuel pump and I'm sure it's the one that most members on here use for their cars. I just wanted to know what you guys think of it. Do you think it's real or fake? The seller is top-rated and I'm sure this comes with all the parts but I wanted to ask and make sure on here with some of the people who actually have experience with this thing. One reason I'm asking is because I never looked into fuel pumps. Second reason is because it says "DENSO 950-0155 Fuel Pump Mounting Part". The title is kind of misleading. Anyone wanna help me out?

You can buy a new walbro 255 pump for far less. They only range about $80-$100

^ +1. I don't know where you got that most members here use supra pumps.... if its not a walbro or oem, its exotic, .

Lol sorry I didn't really mean most but I've read about a lot who do. The supra one flows more from what I've read and is a better pump. Also it makes less noise than the walbro unit.

I ran a supra pump and loved it. I'm not a fan of the walbro pumps, to noisy for me. I'm running an aeromotive stealth pump currently.

I bought my supra pump used so I'm not sure on the part number. I would find the OEM pump numbers and cross reference them. I'm on my phone and can seem to find anything.

The part numbers are the same. The link I gave actually has the part number in it highlighted in blue "950-0155". I'm guessing it's a legitimate product then.

Catching this thread late; I'm not sure if you bought this or not, but the 950-0155 is the one that DSMers use. It's an excellent fuel pump option for us.

Yeah that's the part number. I ran one for 3 yrs and had no issues. I'm not to sure about that mounting part in that title description. You may want to contact the seller about it. On Ebay I paid $140 back in 08 for a new pump. If you really look around you may find the pump cheaper than $172.

I got the full package brand new with all the mounting supplies =) so I'm happy about that
